Developed for individuals looking for a career in the Australian Defence Force and for those currently serving that are looking to improve their physically capability. The program is developed to ensure that individual fitness levels don’t prevent you from succeeding in your chosen Service (Army, Navy or Air-force) or Corps.
The Pre-Enlistment 6 Week Program is focused on building a strong foundation through improving your strength and general conditioning. The focus is on developing your capability in common military movements and training techniques in order to ensure training readiness. The program increases in difficulty over the 6 week period, building work capacity and developing fitness through changing frequency and intensity.
The program is essential in building a strong physical foundation and help reduce risk of injury.
Individuals that have developed their strength and conditioning to a level where military training will be readily achievable.
If you are already at a high level of fitness then the Soldier 8 Week Program will be more suited to developing your Strength, Endurance and Conditioning.
