Soldier 8 Week Program
The Soldier 8 Week program has been developed for those wanting to push themselves both mentally and physically to new levels. The program is an intensive program where 2 a day training sessions are not uncommon. The program is suited for current serving ADF members who are wanting to be at the front of the pack and individuals who want to push themselves to a knew level of fitness.
Broken down into two main phases the soldier program change focus between strength and conditioning. The programs intensity will develop work capacity, VO2 Max, Strength, Conditioning, Endurance and most importantly combat fitness. The programmed workouts require you to turn up focused and ready to give 100% from start to finish. The program will be challenging and will develop your mental toughness and willingness to push through pain barriers. The workouts vary in time, and focus, in order to ensure development of well rounded level of fitness.
On completion of the program you will be at a very high levels of fitness and with a work capacity and recovery rate well above others. The workouts you did during the program will be repeatable and testable proof that you are fitter than when you started.
